To be supplied supplementary irrigation water for viticulture in the Barossa Valley or utilise any of BIL’s customer services via this website, you must be a customer of BIL. If you are not already a customer of BIL, you can apply to become a new customer by providing BIL with the requested details in the manner described on this website. If accepted you will be required to enter into the Barossa Water Project Customer Contract and any other relevant terms and conditions applicable to your situation.
If you are a customer of BIL, your use of this website will be governed by the terms of your agreement with BIL and these terms and conditions of use. To the extent of any inconsistency your agreement with BIL, will prevail over these terms and conditions of use.
